OBTAINING A HEALTH SCIENCES DIVISION APPLICATION FOR PROGRAM ADMISSION

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Fill out the Gulf Coast Community College application either online (by clicking here) or by submitting a printed copy to the Enrollment Services office during normal business hours.
    
2. Access the home page for the Degree or Certificate program which interests you. These links can be found directly to the right.
    
3. Locate and access the appropriate application form and fill in all required information.
    
4. Bring the completed application form to the Health Sciences Division front office, currently located in the Technology Building, second floor, administrative offices (room TC 219).
